Shipping Policy
Delivery Overview
We ship all orders using CSM Logistics (referred to below as the courier), offering a next working day delivery service for orders placed before 9am (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
- Standard delivery: £7.50 (up to 30kg)
- Free delivery on orders over £65
- Delivery area: UK Mainland only
While we aim to meet these delivery times, they are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to three working days.
Tracking Your Order
If you provide a mobile number at checkout, you will receive full tracking updates directly from the courier, including delivery notifications and options to manage your delivery.
Common Online Order FAQs
I’ve only received part of my order – where’s the rest?
For larger orders packed across multiple boxes, parcels can occasionally be separated while in transit by the courier. This typically happens at a local depot or sorting hub. In most cases, any missing parcels will arrive on the next working day.
If part of your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at pitcrew@apexbrewing.co and we’ll help track it down.
An item has arrived damaged
Sorry about that — not ideal. Please email us at pitcrew@apexbrewing.co with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible during working hours to put things right.
I’ve received the wrong or missing items
If something’s not right, send us an email at pitcrew@apexbrewing.co with:
- A photo of what you received
- Details of what’s missing or incorrect
If your box is labelled as part of a multi-parcel delivery (e.g. “1 of 2”), the remaining parcel should be with you shortly.
I’ve placed an order but haven’t had shipping confirmation
Orders placed before 9am are typically dispatched the same working day. During busy periods or around bank holidays, there may be slight delays — but your order is in the system and will be on its way as soon as possible.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
The Ordering Process
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email will follow once your order has been dispatched.
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery. After multiple failed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us and additional charges could apply for redelivery.
Additional Information
All deliveries containing alcohol must be received by someone aged 18 or over. The courier may request proof of age and reserves the right to refuse delivery if this cannot be provided.
Due to the nature of our products and small-batch brewing, availability may change. We reserve the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw products without prior notice. Prices are also subject to change.
