Refund Policy
Returns Policy
Items returned to Apex Brewing Co. must be sent back within 14 days of purchase, in their original packaging and in unused condition. Once the goods have been received and checked at our warehouse, a refund will be issued, excluding any shipping charges, unless the return is due to a fault or damage.
If you wish to arrange a return, please contact us at pitcrew@apexbrewing.co and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of perishable products (including all beer) from outside the UK.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If there is an issue with your order or an item arrives faulty, you must notify Apex Brewing Co. within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. To report a problem, email us at pitcrew@apexbrewing.co.
We are unable to guarantee refunds after this 30-day period, although we will always try to resolve matters where possible.
If your delivery arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept it. The order will then be returned to us. If this happens, please get in touch and we will arrange either a replacement, a full refund, or a voucher for the value of your purchase – whichever you prefer.
Failed Deliveries
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries where incorrect address details, postcode, or contact information have been provided. Please double-check all details when placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Replacements
If you’ve ordered the wrong size clothing item, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to availability), provided you notify us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, in a resalable condition, with all original tags attached.
If a replacement is not available, please refer to the Returns Policy above.
Order Limits
Orders that exceed stated customer limits (for example, one case per customer) may be partially refunded, and a £1 administration fee will be applied.
