Finance Manager – Apex Brewing Co.
Location: Dorset
Salary: £45,000 (pro rata, 3 days per week initially)
We’re looking for someone to support the financial and operational side of Apex Brewing Co. as we continue to build and grow on Patson Hill Farm.
This is a hands-on role covering the day-to-day essentials – payroll, VAT, beer duty returns, reconciliation, procurement and forecasting – while working closely with sales and department heads to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll need to be organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. Just as importantly, you’ll be a strong communicator and a team player, able to work across different areas of the business and keep things aligned.
This role starts at 3 days per week, but we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. As the business expands – with a taproom, restaurant and event space coming online – we expect this role to develop into a full-time position, with the potential to build a team around you.
In return, we offer a competitive salary, 28 days’ holiday (pro rata, including bank holidays), and flexible working hours.
