We’re Apex Brewing Co., and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of Dorset & Wiltshire, getting our beer into the right places, building proper relationships, and growing something over time.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out most days, in pubs, bars, bottle shops, meeting people, talking beer, and opening doors. Some of it is winning new business, some of it is looking after the customers we’ve already got and making sure they keep coming back for more.
You’ll need to be comfortable walking into places, starting conversations, and handling a bit of rejection along the way. That’s part of it. But if you enjoy the buzz of landing a new account or seeing your beer on a bar you’ve worked to win, you’ll like this.
Experience in beer or drinks helps, but attitude matters more. You’ll need to be organised enough to run your own patch and follow things through.
A genuine passion for good beer is important. If you’re into motorsports too, you’ll probably fit in well, but that’s a nice-to-have, not essential.
