We wish to dissociate Apex Brewery Limited trading as Apex Brewing Co. from 6IX Process Design Limited because of allegedly fraudulent trading practices for which they are under investigation post the 6IX Process Design Limited company entering into liquidation.

They did not fulfil their contractual obligations nor recompense us for the new equipment we purchased, nor the time and expense it cost to have a viable brewery.
